SARAH GREENOUGH

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

Sarah is Chief Marketing Officer / Executive Vice President of Princeton Properties. She provides strategic marketing and property performance direction for the company, overseeing all marketing and sales efforts, revenue generation, reputation management, leasing and management training as well as technology needs for Princeton. Sarah brings more than 25 years of multifamily marketing, management and sales experience. As an industry leader, Sarah is a frequent speaker and panelist at national multifamily conferences and serves on several committees and advisory boards including the MAA Board of Directors, Zillow Advisory Board and the MAA Membership Committee.  Pervious member of the NAA Technology Committee, NAA Marketing Committee, AIM Advisory Board, ApartmentJet Strategic Advisory as well as serving as an expert witness for a Real Estate Internet listing case.  Previously served on the Bolton Conservation Commission and is a licensed Massachusetts Realtor.  Sarah is a cum laude graduate of Assumption University with a B.A. in Marketing.
