Cheryl Yabroudy, Co-Director of Property Management joined Princeton Properties in 1994 where she has honed her skills by holding a variety of positions.
Cheryl is a motivated leader with a strong focus on team leadership, support collaboration across the management teams, annual budget preparation, managing operational budgets without compromising service excellence. Monthly financial reporting, capital project management as well as controlling costs for each asset. Provides oversight and compliance for approximately 700 affordable units to include LIHTC, Tax Exempt Bonds, 40B and HUD.
Cheryl has earned and maintained her designation as a Registered Apartment Manager (RAM), Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) and National Compliance Professional Executive (NCP-E)
