Pet Policy:
At Newton Gardens, we feel your pets are members of our extended family so we strive to make them feel right at home. Our pet-centric community welcomes both cats and dogs. For each pet there is a pet rent of $85 per dog and $50 per cat. We allow two pets per apartment home, with a maximum of 1 dog. Please call our leasing office for breed and size restrictions!
