Pet Policy:
At The James , we feel your pets are members of our extended family so we strive to make them feel right at home. Our pet-centric community welcomes cats and dogs. For each pet there is a pet rent of $100 per dog and $50 per cat, with a maximum of two pets per apartment home. Some breed restrictions apply.
