  1. Set Up a Dedicated Workout Space

Creating a dedicated area in your apartment for workouts can help you stay consistent and motivated. Choose a corner of your living room, bedroom, or even a balcony where you can roll out a yoga mat or keep a small set of equipment. We love the YouTube channel Yoga with Adriene where you can find flows for beginners to experts (and the cameos of her dog, Benji, are certainly an added bonus!)
