Bacon Pretzel Grilled Cheese

I hate to admit it, but I’m sort of already sick of all of the grilled chicken, burgers on the grill, hot dogs, etc. that come with the summer weather. So last weekend I tried the following recipe. Although I’ve never had the Wendy’s version, I think this home-made twist on the classic grilled cheese is a keeper! If you feel adventurous and try it, let me know how you like it…
BACON PRETZEL GRILLED CHEESE

Ingredients:
1 frozen pretzel, thawed and sliced
1 thick slice harvarti cheese
2-3 sliced of bacon, cooked
1-2 thin slices of tomato
2 tbsp butter

Just assemble the bacon, harvarti and tomato onto the pretzel, and fry each side in the butter until crisp. Enjoy!
