Dan Harvey joined Princeton Properties in 2001 as a leasing consultant. Now with nearly 20 years of experience and numerous positions within the property management industry, Dan serves as the Vice President and Co-Director of Property Management. Dan works diligently to impart the company ethos of “do the right thing instead of simply do things right” onto our site teams.
Through technique & technology training, Dan works directly with those on our front lines to ensure the best experience for the customer and the ideal revenue & property performance for the company. Dan’s areas of expertise range from leasing & management to leadership & project coordination. Dan continues to focus on property performance and all that entails, including best practices and customer service standards, as well as policy adherence and revenue projection.
